King Fuzzy Paws sells physical products through our online store. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products, discontinue any product at any time, and modify product descriptions or prices without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is out of stock and offer you the option of waiting, substituting the item, or receiving a full refund.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

Pricing or product description errors; Suspected fraudulent activity; Payment authorisation failure; Product unavailability.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. King Fuzzy Paws accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store full card details on our systems. King Fuzzy Paws reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. Our estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. King Fuzzy Paws is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. King Fuzzy Paws shall not be liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Right of Cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without providing any reason.

8.2 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in their original, unused condition, free from signs of use or damage; Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories; Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.

8.3 How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kingdomfuzzypaws.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for returning. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item received is faulty or incorrect.

8.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

8.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@kingdomfuzzypaws.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
