Shipping policy
1. Overview
At King Fuzzy Paws, we are committed to delivering your order safely and within a reasonable timeframe. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to other countries or territories at this time.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch within 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT on a business day will be processed the same day or the following business day at the latest.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take between 3 and 7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location within the United Kingdom.

Delivery estimates are calculated based on your location and are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped by post to your registered delivery address. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. King Fuzzy Paws cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, where available. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@kingdomfuzzypaws.com.
8. Delays and Disruptions
While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

King Fuzzy Paws will not be liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by delivery delays outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within the carrier's holding period, the item may be returned to us.
In such cases, please contact us at support@kingdomfuzzypaws.com and we will arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if the failed delivery was due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.
10. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@kingdomfuzzypaws.com, providing your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will investigate the matter with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund.
