Return and Refund Policy
At King Fuzzy Paws, we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the product you received, we're here to help.
1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Product Condition For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition it was sent in: unused, with original tags and packaging where applicable. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (for example, if you've simply changed your mind).
3. How to Request a Return To start a return or exchange, please email our support team with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if defective)
Our team will respond with detailed instructions and the return label.
4. Return Label and Shipping Costs The return label is free and provided by us. You will not incur any cost to return the product.
5. Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees. The full amount will be refunded according to the terms above.
6. Exchanges We offer exchanges. If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, simply let us know in your request email.
7. Refund Processing Time Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
